Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Inovetix Ltd. ("Inovetix", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Last Updated: September 2026.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites operate properly, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how visitors interact with content.

We may also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, local storage, scripts, and analytics tools. Throughout this policy we refer to all of these as "cookies".

How We Use Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Enable core website functionality
  • Improve website security and performance
  • Remember user preferences (including your cookie consent)
  • Support the live chat and booking features
  • Analyze website traffic and usage
  • Measure marketing and campaign effectiveness
  • Improve user experience

Categories of Cookies We Use

We group the cookies set on this site into four categories. Strictly Necessary cookies are always on. Functional, Analytics, and Marketing cookies are only set after you opt in via our Cookie Settings.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

What they do

These cookies are required for the website to work properly and cannot be disabled through our cookie preference center. They handle cookie consent itself, page navigation, form submission, session management, and core chat routing.

If you block these cookies in your browser, parts of the site (including the cookie preference center itself) will not work.

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-N4RVMF7Q) to load analytics tags. The specific tags loaded by this container are configured in Google's Tag Manager console and may change over time. Chat Mode in Use

Two chat implementations

By default the site uses the GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) Live Chat fallback widget (loaded from widgets.leadconnectorhq.com). When the environment variable NEXT_PUBLIC_CHAT_MODE is set to "custom", the site instead renders our own custom ChatWidget component, which communicates with our server-side /api/chat routes and forwards messages to the same GoHighLevel conversation API.

Both implementations persist the same first-party keys (inovetix_chat_sid, inovetix_chat_convId_*, inovetix_chat_contactId_*, inovetix_chat_msgs_*, inovetix_chat_name, inovetix_chat_email) and may set cookies on the leadconnectorhq.com domain. The custom widget additionally sends a lead-capture form (name, email, free-text) before saving to GoHighLevel.

Microsoft Customer Connect

Earlier versions of this site included a Microsoft Customer Connect chatbot. That script is no longer loaded and is not used on inovetix.com. Any cookies previously associated with that integration are no longer set.

Managing Cookie Preferences

You can manage or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the link. This reopens our cookie preference center, where you can turn functional, analytics, and marketing cookies on or off.

Browser Controls

Most browsers allow users to block, delete, or manage cookies through browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features or functionality. Browser-specific guides are available at:

  • Google Chrome — chrome://settings/cookies
  • Mozilla Firefox — Preferences › Privacy & Security
  • Apple Safari — Preferences › Privacy
